Our Ministries

Ministry of Mercy

Tucked away in a little remote village called Otutulu in central Nigeria is an orphanage bursting at the seams with the love of Christ and filled to overflowing with orphans and the disadvantaged. It is a daily struggle to feed, clothe, educate and give medical care to so many. Women, sometimes widowed or with physical challenges of their own, are hired by Daniel as surrogate mothers to care for the children.

The Porras Family

Manuel & Yorleny Porras have two children. Stephanie, 31, lives with her grandmother and works in the capital of Costa Rica. Andy, 17, is currently in his senior year of high school and lives at home with Manuel and Yorleny. Their ministry is dedicated to serving indigenous peoples in Costa Rica. Motivated by the need in the indigenous communities, and with a desire to see growth and development,

Robert and Judy Reed

For centuries, most missionaries have gone out from first world countries. Now God is calling more and more people in the two-thirds world to serve Him by taking the Good News around the globe. They need training in order to be as effective as possible. Robert has been developing online courses to provide this training.

Alternom Ministries

Alternorm Ministries was formally inaugurated in 1997 by Joe Ifah and his wife Bola. Joe is a talented musician, singer, writer, playwright, actor, and producer. The ministry was started to creatively communicate the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ through the arts and media, to the end that norms be altered and God be glorified, as Christ is enthroned in hearts and lives.

The Connected Vine

Welcome to The Connected Vine, a support network of interactive training and encouragement meetings discussing ways to connect with your children. Join us as we talk about attachment, sensory issues, proactive self-control instruction, how the brain is affected by trauma, and more. Training methods involve lecture, video of experts in TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) methodology, and hands-on demonstrations and practice together.

Igala langauge project

Many of the world's people groups do not have the Bible in their own language. The Igala people of Nigeria do have their own Bible, but few are fluent readers. Our goal is to increase fluency and comprehension in reading the Bible. American children spend years practicing reading in school and at home before they become fluent. They have access to thousands of books at various reading levels.

Short Term Trips

We have been leading groups of willing hearts to serve in Nigeria for a number of years. We find that while the aim is to serve others and make a difference, the greatest difference is often within the hearts of the short term missionaries. We hope this could be your experience!
